In their everyday activities (i.e. trainings, competitions), sportsmen are exposed to extreme physical efforts. A wish to achieve a good result shifts the boundaries of human psycho-physical abilities. Due to all these reasons, good physical preparation of a sportsman is a basis for building sports results and career. With carefully chosen and planned exercises it is really possible to reduce injuries, collaborating with sports trainer and a physiotherapist.
